Augustus Hotel & Resort is a 5 stars hotel in Forte dei Marmi and it holds in its wide park three main structures; Villa Pesenti, Augustus Lido (ex Villa Agnelli) and La Nave (The Ship) complex, plus the private villas.

The exclusive garden of our luxury hotel is a large park of naturalistic and botanic value, and it presents a varied and colourful flowering display throughout Spring and Summer: jasmine, rose, lavander, rosemary and hydrangea and gardenia under the shade of umbrella-pine tree.

Located in the most relaxing and lush corner of the park, under a dreadful palm tree, there is a beautiful swimming pool available for guests of Augustus Hotel in Forte dei Marmi.

The park includes a car park with an electrical car charging point and a space for bicycles, which are available for our guests.

Pets are welcome in our luxury resort in Tuscany, with dedicated services and menu.

Villa Pesenti

Classic style in the heart of the Augustus Hotel & Resort.

The central building of the Resort, the former Villa Pesenti, retains the classic Modernist style and elegance of the original project, reflected in the use of red travertine marble, in the reception areas and in the recently renovated light-filled hall. Many of the 24 guest rooms have large terraces facing the garden, permitting our guests to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the park. All the bathrooms have been recently renovated with travertine marble.

The building houses a lounge bar, the breakfast room and terrace, the La Fontana restaurant, and the Sirena in the patio.
